Competitive language differential for Bilingual English / Spanish speakers! Position may be eligible for an additional $1.00 per hour in compensation depending on hours worked. Requirements

  • High School education required.
  • Less than 2 years of experience in customer service, banking, retail, food service, insurance, or telemarketing/sales.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer’s telephone and e-mail inquiries.
  • Respond in a professional and pleasant manner in all interactions.
  • Utilize technical knowledge and trouble shooting skills to resolve complex customer inquiries.
  • Provide quality service as a differentiator for our company to retain current customers and attract new business.
  • Mentor and train new Customer Care representatives.
  • Initiate opportunities to introduce Associated Bank products and services to existing and potential customers.
