The On-Site Customer Service Liaison serves as the on-site representative for Crown Linen at designated customer facilities. This role ensures accuracy, organization, and compliance with all linen flow processes at the customer’s dock. This includes soil pick-ups, clean deliveries, COG inventory, scale validations, staging, reclaim, and communication between Crown Linen and the customer. The role requires a strong operational understanding with customer service expertise.
