About The Position

The On-Site Customer Service Liaison serves as the on-site representative for Crown Linen at designated customer facilities. This role ensures accuracy, organization, and compliance with all linen flow processes at the customer’s dock. This includes soil pick-ups, clean deliveries, COG inventory, scale validations, staging, reclaim, and communication between Crown Linen and the customer. The role requires a strong operational understanding with customer service expertise.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain structure in high-traffic environments.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull carts up to 50 lbs.
  • Customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor.
  • Able to investigate issues logically and document findings.
  • Comfortable using smartphone/tablet for images and documentation.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in laundry operations, production, hospitality, housekeeping, or logistics.
  • Understanding inventory controls and basic production workflows.
