We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual (English & Spanish) Customer Care Professionals to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across multiple campaigns. Campaign assignments and schedule may vary daily based on business needs, requiring flexibility and adaptability. You will answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support in a courteous and professional manner.   • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. Some business classes, vocational/technical training preferred
  • 1+ Years’ experience in a customer service position.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish – Verbal and Written
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to listen, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Must pass Level II background check
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends and Holidays
  • Previous experience in a call center environment preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, a plus.
