Wedgewood Pharmacy is seeking a Licensed California Pharmacist to join our team as a Customer Care Pharmacist.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm. D.)
• Kept current License to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of California

Responsibilities

• Receive new prescriptions from Veterinarians and Physicians through phone calls and faxes
• Ensure all prescriptions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Respond to customer requests for technical/clinical information
• Quickly understand and analyze customer needs to solve and document customer problems in accordance with pharmacy regulations
• Consistently meet yet strive to exceed performance standards set by the department
