SUMMARY The Customer Care Associate is a support position which will work closely with the General Manager/Advertising Director, Multimedia Account Managers, Editorial Staff, Creative Design, and Production teams. This position is full time, in-office presence required, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects at once as well as be willing to work on new projects, with ability to work well under multiple deadlines.
Proficiency with computers, with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent customer service skills are required.

Nice To Haves

A basic understanding of print and online advertising products is desirable.

Responsibilities

Assist with walk-in customers as needed.
Support Advertising Directors and Multimedia Account Managers who are selling marketing solutions to local advertisers by doing data entry, gathering ad information/materials, and sending proofs to clients.
Provide support documentation for print and online advertising options customized to each client.
Provide demographic display marketing and other digital solution reports and supporting data.
Assist with special sections, exports, house ads, inserts, and special projects as necessary.
