About The Position

The Customer Care Expert is someone passionate about talking to customers and resolving their issues quickly and efficiently. A self-starter who is able to roll up their sleeves and learn new skill sets to get the job done and a team player who wants to partner with their colleagues to help put the customer experience first!

Requirements

  • Must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent
  • Customer service experience preferred (call center, hospitality, service industry, automotive industry etc.)
  • Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets
  • Become an expert at PestRoutes - our CRM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Be logged into the telephony system
  • Handle up to 50+ total calls daily
  • Respond to SMS, Email and Voicemails from customers
  • Assist customers with scheduling their standard maintenance
  • Assist customers with customer service complaints and concerns
  • Communicate company initiatives to customers (marketing, sales, etc.)
  • Direct customers to appropriate departments (where applicable)
  • Participate in cross training within other departments to strengthen skill set
  • Assist management with non recurring tasks as needed
  • Customer data entry
  • Identify opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and make recommendations to the appropriate staff
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
