About The Position

Wilmington Dermatology Center is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care Coordinator to join our team in Wilmington, NC. This full-time position is essential for ensuring that our patients receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive at our facility. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for a variety of front office duties, including scheduling appointments, managing patient interactions, and providing administrative support to our medical team. As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, greeting them warmly and assisting them with necessary paperwork. You will handle a multi-line phone system, efficiently scheduling appointments in our electronic medical record system while adhering to the availability of our providers and treatment devices. Your role will also involve educating patients about our medical and cosmetic services, ensuring they are well-informed about procedures, products, and pricing. In addition to scheduling and patient education, you will assist with check-out duties, including payment processing and future appointment scheduling. You will be responsible for reconciling payment receipts against daily reports and reviewing referrals to ensure timely scheduling of patient appointments. Maintaining the appearance of the front desk and reception area, as well as providing overall administrative assistance, will also be key components of your role. We are looking for someone who is not only reliable and honest but also possesses a cheerful personality and a strong work ethic, as these traits are vital for delivering uncompromising service to our patients.
