About The Position

The Customer Care Coordinator at 360Care is responsible for managing post-sale relations with contracted long-term care facilities. This role serves as the primary contact for facility personnel, ensuring effective communication and coordination of services to deliver high-quality care and support.

Requirements

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Electronic Medical Records experience preferred
  • Medical or Dental office experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Critical thinking/Solutions-based skills required for a time sensitive environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required
  • Strong time management skills and sense of urgency required
  • Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for contracted facility personnel by communicating regularly with facility contact, territory marketers, local management, and providers.
  • Review planned visits and schedules created by the dental/ancillary coordinators, including edits.
  • Assist with daily updates for facility records and visits.
  • Review schedule for field staff, ensuring all visits are covered logistically and to support the provider.
  • Correspond with facility on patient and visit information.
  • Deliver high quality and time sensitive information to all customers.
  • Submit credentialing information to facilities for providers upon request.
  • Provide prompt feedback to management on any facility concerns.
  • Function at a high level of personal productivity.
  • Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.
  • Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.
