Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls to assist guests with booking reservations for hotel, restaurant, entertainment, and special events.
  • Greet callers, establish rapport, and project a professional tone and guest service standards.
  • Identify customer needs, answer questions, and problem-solve; upsell opportunities when appropriate, always attempt cross-sell in cases when a specific request cannot be met.
