About The Position

As a Full-Time Customer Care Coordinator, you will set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming voice and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own the guest experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

Requirements

  • Meets the age requirement of 21 years old
  • Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming license
  • Exhibits 1+ years of similar experience in a call center or customer service position
  • Demonstrates proficiency in performing fundamental tasks on a computer
  • Describes themselves as detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Excels under pressure and meets challenges head-on
  • Understands situations from a customer's perspective and maintains a positive attitude toward people

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls to assist guests with booking reservations for hotel, restaurant, entertainment, and special events
  • Greet callers, establish rapport, and project a professional tone and guest service standards
  • Identify customer needs, answer questions, and problem-solve; upsell opportunities when appropriate, always attempt cross-sell in cases when a specific request cannot be met
