The Cincinnati Insurance Companies' Customer Care Center is currently seeking an account manager to act as a contact for policyholders being serviced by the Cincinnati Customer Care Center on behalf of our independent agents.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with underwriting and/or risk selection within a carrier or agency required
  • Valid Insurance Agent P & C license, including actively pursuing continuing education according to state requirements

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for silver tier policyholders and agencies partnered with the Customer Care Center
  • Answer inquiries about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues
  • Identify and explain coverage gaps and exposures to insureds
  • Effectively and efficiently manage tasks using proficient time management, organizational skills, and collaboration
  • Collaborate with underwriting team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Answer calls from customers promptly and provide a high level of service
  • Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies
  • Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions and alternatives within service standards
  • Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given
