Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven customer service or retail experience.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with customers and work well with teammates.
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure in fast-paced situations.
• Must be at least 18 years old and available to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Must have or be able to obtain a Louisiana State and East Baton Rouge Parish liquor license and bar card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
• Process sales and transactions, managing the register and ensuring smooth sales operations.
• Maintain merchandise and store cleanliness, keeping shelves stocked and organized.
• Manage shift duties, balancing the register at the end of each shift and assisting in various tasks.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns with professionalism and care.
• Prepare menu items and serve customers quickly and efficiently, ensuring high standards of food quality.
