YOUR NEW ROLE AS A CUSTOMER CARE AND OFFICE SUPPORT SPECIALIST You will work full-time, in-office, Monday through Friday . Training hours are from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM; once fully trained, your schedule shifts to 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Shifts may vary but will always be within our business hours of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. No nights, weekends, or remote work-just a stable, consistent daytime schedule. As a Customer Care and Office Support Specialist, you will arrive at our office inside a warehouse facility, ready to keep operations running smoothly. You will answer incoming customer calls with professionalism, return leads and follow-ups, and check in with customers to ensure a positive experience from start to finish. Throughout the day, you will assist with scheduling, update appointments, and manage shifting priorities to keep the team coordinated. You will handle administrative tasks such as managing emails, data entry, and paperwork, all while maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. As you support management and senior office staff, you will prepare information, follow up on assignments, and provide general support. Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a fast-paced office environment (trades, medical/dental, dispatch, reception, or administrative support)
  • Experience with scheduling or dispatching in a service-based or appointment-heavy environment
  • Familiarity with office software and workflow systems such as Google Workspace, CRM platforms, or scheduling tools
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, especially by phone
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual
  • Accountable and able to manage multiple tasks and follow through on details
  • Multitasking and problem-solving abilities, especially during shifting priorities
  • Quick learner with initiative and the ability to work independently
