We are hiring a Customer Care Analyst to join our Servicing and Asset Management department.

Requirements

  • Experience in Loan Servicing or Customer Service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and Word.
  • Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, accuracy with numbers, and attention to detail.
  • Consistently produces work that is high quality.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate regularly and promptly with internal and external clients through phone and email regarding recently closed loans.
  • Respond to customer requests for information by providing detailed research and feedback.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls on the Customer Care phone line.
  • Assist customers with navigation of the Customer Care Center website.
  • Use Dynamics 365 to identify and track customer interactions and insights.
  • Track and maintain document shredding and records management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
