About The Position

In this position, you will be responsible for engaging with customers primarily through phone, chat, and email, assisting them with inquiries and providing advice on product selection. The ideal candidate will be someone who is eager to learn about the packaging industry, possesses strong communication skills, and is comfortable navigating various technologies in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, in-office role with a schedule from Monday to Friday, specifically from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM. The company offers flexibility in scheduling and a competitive pay rate starting at $17.50 per hour, depending on experience.
