The Customer Business Leader, Ecommerce is responsible for leading the full digital commerce agenda across Amazon, PurePlay, and OMNI retail partners. This role owns the strategic direction, P&L delivery, and long‑term growth roadmap for the company’s digital business, ensuring Ben's Original, Seeds of Change, and Tasty Bite brands accelerate penetration, share, and profitability across all online channels. This leader will oversee the OMNI Analytics & Customer Management function, guide the Amazon business end‑to-end, develop scalable strategies for emerging PurePlay partners and be a Center of Excellence for Omni retail partners. Success requires a blend of commercial leadership, digital expertise, operational excellence, and cross‑functional orchestration to deliver sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving e‑commerce landscape.
