About The Position

This is an exciting & high-profile role in our Amdocs Studios Business group! With deep expertise in experience design, digital engineering, cloud, generative AI, data, and quality engineering, we deliver tailored solutions that accelerate innovation, streamline operations, and enable scalable growth. As a Customer Business Executive, you will play a leading role, focusing on the growth of our Florida State Agency business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Florida state agencies, bringing existing agency relationships.
  • Excellent ability to think at the “C level” about the issues, budget priorities, and pain points associated with state government work.
  • Industry insight into Government and how to navigate procurement, state term contracts, and other uniquenesses.
  • Be established as a trusted partner delivering the next wave of Digital Services.
  • To have an eye for business, understanding of inter and intra-organizational relationships, and building executive relationships.
  • Successful experience with P&L Management: Ability to lead commercial negotiations and prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Must have a strong financial background and experience.
  • To be a recognized leader, with the ability to operate in a globally matrixed environment and handle sophisticated situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Experience with Consulting/System Integration work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

  • As a forward-thinking leader, help define the innovative future of Amdocs service offerings with the Florida State Agencies.
  • Create and implement sales plan – including market research, working with local lobbyists to identify funding priorities and evaluate agency willingness to entertain new providers, and identify targets.
  • Focusing on being a phenomenal partner with the customer's decision-makers while representing the voice of the customer within Amdocs.
  • Identify and address challenges and needs by effectively demonstrating Amdocs offerings and business value to grow new opportunities; promote new leads and opportunities towards signed deals, and lead account expansion and long-term business strategy.
  • Owning the account's P&L with a focus on profitability
  • Collaborate with Service Partners for all service-related tasks, ensuring the quality of project deliveries.
  • Responsible for broad people management and development of the account teams.
  • Work in a dynamic cross-matrixed environment, collaborating across teams including procurement support, legal support, public relations/marketing, and finance.
