Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and professional telephone manner.
• Strong written communication skills to document information accurately.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities simultaneously.
• Collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

• Answer our toll-free line to assist customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, exceeding the expectations of clients.
• Update customer records per written and verbal requests.
• Process form requests from clients.
• Provide empathetic customer service for family members reporting a death and providing accurate information, while capturing needed information based on the type of contract.
