About The Position

Semper Solr is hiring a Customer Associate to help homeowners understand their solar options through in-person interactions . You will represent our company in the field, speak directly with homeowners, and assist them in starting the process toward clean energy. We personally train and develop our new trainees from the ground up. Engage with homeowners in the Chicagoland area to discuss their solar energy options and benefits. Represent Semper SolR with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive brand image in every interaction. Educate potential customers on the advantages of solar energy, providing clear and actionable information. Assist homeowners in understanding the process of transitioning to solar energy, addressing any questions or concerns. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to project initiation. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups to ensure excellent service and support.
