The Customer and Volunteer Services Manager will lead a team of approximately 20 concierges across all of our homes and oversee daily operations, including scheduling and coverage planning, to maintain reliable front desk support across all communities. Additional responsibility to oversee the organization-wide Volunteer Services program ensuring alignment with operational needs and strategic goals. Design, implement and grow a comprehensive recruitment and marketing plan for volunteer engagement, including partnerships with schools and community organizations.
