About The Position
As a Nightshift Manager, you will lead a team overnight to ensure all replenishment activities across the store are executed efficiently. This role involves actively participating in prioritizing deliveries, organizing the warehouse, and replenishing shelves. You will often run the full store operation independently during the night shift, taking responsibility for the entire shift and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of your colleagues. Your goal is to maintain high standards so that the store is ready to serve customers by morning. People management is a significant aspect of this role, including managing performance, conducting disciplinary actions, and ensuring accurate scheduling and pay.
