The Customer Service - Technical Support Representative applies general internet and computer knowledge to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 level of software support, training, and troubleshooting over the phone for clients, applicants and vendors. This is an on-site position located in Warminter, PA. We are seeking the hours of M-F from 10am-6pm. This position pays $16hr.
