The Big Task This entry level position is responsible for managing the schedule of sales team members, technicians, project managers, and customers to successfully complete installation of HVAC systems.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.
  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills; and the ability to work well with people.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and ability to learn complementary office systems.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on prospects.
  • Manage Sales Team’s schedules.
  • Contact customers to set up their equipment installation and schedule install crews to the jobs.
  • Ensure all subcontractors are scheduled.
  • Monitor the status and progress of install crews.
  • Check paperwork from completed install jobs on a daily basis
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Sales/Install Department.
