About The Position

The Customer Analytics Manager will lead market and customer research initiatives, providing a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competition to support GSC NAM. With expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, and design thinking, this role will uncover insights that inspire growth-minded decisions and foster a data-driven and customer-centric culture in key business decisions. Travel expectations for this role are up to 10%.
