Join our i‑Health Sales team as a Customer Analyst, Mass Channel, where you'll drive strategic partnerships with Walmart and Target by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that fuel growth and strengthen category leadership. Blending analytics and storytelling, you'll influence decisions across shopper behavior, pricing, promotion, assortment, and innovation while leveraging tools like Scintilla and Nielsen to power consumer acquisition. Partnering closely with Sales, Commercial Excellence, and external teams, you will elevate how data drives action and help shape the future of consumer wellness within an amazing, fast-growing company. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of CPG industry experience with a strong analytics background.
  • Proficient in syndicated data and analytics platforms required (Scintilla, Nielsen) and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data to drive informed business decisions.
  • Effective at prioritizing, multitasking, and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven collaboration skills across cross‑functional and virtual teams, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Health & Wellness categories preferred and demonstrated comfort working with complex data tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and present accurate KPI dashboards and reporting to guide business decisions.
  • Transform raw data into compelling insights, brand storytelling, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Analyze syndicated, category, competitor, and industry data to identify trends and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Measure pre/during/post program performance and rapidly adapt analytics approaches to evolving market dynamics.
  • Provide pricing, promotion, and retail media effectiveness insights to optimize brand and customer strategies.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally and with external partners while championing analytical best practices and continuous learning.
