About The Position

G and F Precision Molding Inc., Fiskdale, MA, is growing! We have the experience, ability, and drive to tackle challenging projects from concept to execution. We're seeking a dedicated Customer Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Customer Advocate role and will be responsible for Customer Service and Order Entry, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. This position reports directly to the Customer Relations Manager. Occasional travel to our Danvers, MA location is required.

Requirements

  • 2-year degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-service function in a manufacturing environment
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 2-5 years’ experience in utilizing inventory systems in an ERP system environment along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • English (Required)
  • Fiskdale, MA 01518: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Processes customer orders in a timely manner
  • Delivers customer confirmations on outside platforms or portals per customer request
  • Handles all customer communications in a professional & timely manner
  • Manages client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Builds and maintains strong customer relationships
  • Proactively engages with customers
  • Tracks and follows up on customer requests to assure customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Receives and complies with verbal and written directions
  • Performs and/or produces all work and/or product in conformance with G&F quality management system
  • Complies with all G&F Safety Rules, Policies and Procedures
  • Performs additional duties and functions of a related nature as assigned without notice
