Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Zero (0) plus years of experience
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Excellent active listening skills to understand and address customer needs
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while resolving customer issues
  • Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and courtesy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and processes
  • Ability to understand and follow complex instructions
  • Ability to type accurately

Responsibilities

  • Assist Transportation Providers with questions and concerns related to transportation services
  • Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as requested
  • Obtain and document details of complaints and incidents
  • Receive and document provider concerns accurately
  • Ensure accurate trip data entry and maintenance
  • Refer unresolved provider or member grievances to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution
  • Support trip corrections, mileage and cost adjustments, cancellations, and retro trips in accordance with company policies
  • Answer Transportation Provider call lines and handle high call volumes professionally
  • Attend required meetings and trainings
  • Participate in additional projects and duties as assigned
