The Customer Advocate position is responsible for assisting other Blues Plans by responding to inbound phone calls and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and professional manner. This role supports the BlueCard Central department and requires strong communication, research, and problem-solving skills. Training will be completed in office in a classroom setting. After successfully completing the probationary period, this role transitions to a hybrid schedule.
