This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: a Customer Advocacy Specialist. This role is critical as we build out our world-class customer advocacy team. Our team is responsible for identifying, engaging with and leveraging RingCentral customer advocates to help them move through the customer journey to influence bookings, deepen loyalty, and grow brand awareness. We make our customers heroes and the center of everything we do. This position is directly associated with influencing revenue, building compelling advocacy relationships and assets, and contributing to our customers' overall success. This role is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with RingCentral's marketing, sales leadership, sales reps, and customer success manager teams. This individual must be team oriented, have a 'can do' attitude, and be comfortable working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
