About The Position

As a Customer Advocacy Program Specialist, you will be responsible for bringing customer success stories to life. Working as a member of the Channel Programs and Demand Generation Marketing team, you will foster relationships that transform engaged customers into references, enthusiasts, and full-blown advocates. The person in this role will be responsible for proactively seeking customer stories that are focused on innovative ways customers use Axis technologies to solve unique business challenges. The role will align with business strategies that address key products and solutions, customer industry segments, and other focus areas. This position is responsible for creating compelling customer-centric content, building awareness of the advocacy program, and deepening relationships with existing and prospective customer advocates.
