AlertMedia is looking for a dynamic Customer Advocacy Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our customer advocacy program. This role will own the vision for how customer voices power our brand narrative, strengthen customer relationships, and accelerate revenue growth. You'll manage a best-in-class advocacy engine-identifying, cultivating, and amplifying customers who champion AlertMedia's mission through spotlights, peer references, thought leadership opportunities, and more. This role reports to the Senior Director, Segment Marketing & Events and is based in Austin, TX.
