About The Position

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times. As Customer Advisor you will be required to; •    Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services. •    Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.  •    Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process. •    Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.  •    Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label. •    To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times. •    You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role. •    Any other duties as required for the role.  Applicants should note that based on the response, the company may increase the shortlisting criteria.   Are we right for you?  As part of this role, it will be important that you feel aligned with the values that we live and work by.   Ambition – We always strive to be better. Requirements

  • Don’t worry if you have no previous retail experience, we’ll provide you with all the right training.
