Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are highly preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong math skills and a proven ability to perform difficult calculations.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience using spreadsheet software, to run calculations and analyze data, such Excel (strong skills).
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • SAP or other enterprise software experience is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monthly billing of customer contracts, cancellation fees, and other non-recurring fees.
  • Prepare accurate monthly invoices with supporting excel files to send to customers in a timely manner.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the Customer Success Manager, Program Managers, and Sales Managers to resolve customer billing issues and disputes.
  • Properly maintain contract pricing in SAP.
  • Analyze and understand customer contracts to ensure accurate billing.
  • Ensure proper set up of customer billing contracts.
  • Monitor and understand monthly fluctuations in customer billing.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
