The Customer Account Specialist will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive support to enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong ability to multitask.
