As a Customer Account Specialist, you will build relationships with customers and collaborate with internal teams to solve challenging customer problems. You'll lean into our proven processes and innovative technology platform to manage shipments while growing your skills in operations, sales, and account management. This role has multiple career paths, and we love to promote from within. Our commitment to you begins on day one with our dynamic and comprehensive onboarding program, which includes interactive training to jumpstart your knowledge of our company and industry. You will engage with peers in-office four days a week, with the flexibility for remote work one day a week, striking a balance between teamwork and autonomy.
