Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate order entry and follow-up, internal and external customer communications, documentation management in accordance with company policies and procedures. In addition, the Customer Service Specialist advises production completion dates, resolves issues, coordinates, expedites and serves as a general customer contact.
