About The Position
As a Customer Account Specialist at Orbit Leasing, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their vehicle leasing needs, particularly those with less-than-perfect credit. Since its inception in 2002, Orbit Leasing has been dedicated to providing reliable transportation options while helping customers establish or rebuild their credit. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively. You will handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, process payments, and negotiate payment plans within company guidelines. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively through various channels, including phone, email, text, and mail, will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will also be expected to manage your time efficiently to complete assigned tasks daily. This includes engaging in skip tracing when necessary and utilizing critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues. The position demands a high level of organization and attention to detail, as you will be required to accurately record and relay information while managing multiple programs and dual screens. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The position is full-time, with a set schedule of Monday to Friday, and may require working at least two Saturdays per month.
