About The Position

As a Customer Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or account management is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and any issues are swiftly resolved.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
