This role will handle customer relationships, account performance, and be focused on selling and growing accounts that are not assigned to another commissioned salesperson. This associate will primarily interact with customers via Teams, phone and e-mail. This is an hourly pay role, with a variable pay component/commission based on gross margin dollar growth from previously established baseline on assigned accounts.
