As a Customer Account Representative I, you will be the primary contact for internal and external customers, responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring optimal customer loyalty. Your role will involve managing the customer order to delivery process, ensuring order accuracy, and handling customer complaints effectively. You will maintain and send customer reports, submit master data changes, and perform monthly reconciliation of business activities. Additionally, you will interface with various departments to support customer requirements and resolve order fulfillment issues. Your responsibilities will also include professional communication with customers, working with logistics to ensure timely order posting, and educating customers on the E-Commerce portal. You will provide backup coverage for other Customer Account Representatives as needed and may be required to work on-call after-hours and on weekends. This position offers a permanent contract based on site, with a 4/10 working schedule.
