Accountable for providing exceptional customer experience while supporting the Customer Service Manager and the operations team. Focus on enhancing efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction through the implementation of service and operational strategies. Managing major and significant customer accounts, some having enterprise agreements. Manage all tooling orders based on customer specifications. Provide significant process and/or product expertise, and be a subject matter expert resource for other team members. Receipt and processing of requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations.
