We’re looking for a Customer Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for our customers and a key partner to our internal teams. Requirements

  • Experience in account management, customer service, or program management (manufacturing or electronics experience is a big plus)
  • Strong communication skills—you’re clear, confident, and professional
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities without dropping the ball
  • A problem-solver mindset with a calm, customer-first approach
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and follow-through driven

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in account management, customer service, or program management (manufacturing or electronics experience is a big plus)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact (POC) for assigned customer accounts
  • Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding customer needs, expectations, and priorities
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Manage customer communications related to orders, schedules, changes, and issue resolution
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
  • Advocate for the customer internally while balancing business and operational realities
  • Keep accounts organized, informed, and running smoothly
