Purpose of the Job: Responsible for delivering profitable sales growth for the Nestle Waters & Premium Beverages export business to assigned international regions. This role is responsible for growing our business with existing account, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities via geographic expansion, and/or new item introductions. This includes activities such as: developing business plans for new market and/or new items, keeping track of sales by account, by product, and by country, managing trade budget, accurate forecasting, tracking letters of authorization from Nestle companies, following the IPTAP process, and collaborating with other functions to ensure compliance with Nestle business standards. Location: Florida

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience (7 years related work experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience managing international brands export preferred
  • Must understand how categories are managed successfully, key competitors and willing to develop deep understanding of the category of responsibility
  • Strong understanding of Food Service or HORECA sales. Good knowledge of interrelationship of key functions and their key initiatives (Marketing, Sales Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Technical, and Glo be & IS/IT)
  • Handling extra administrative steps required for export operations, including reports, direct orders, and coordination with the USA, Italy, France, and other plant zones.
  • Demonstrates the ability to influence people and create compelling, fact-based sales stories
  • Knowledge of customer best practices, the marketplace, and relevant channel and shopper trends to generate actionable ideas
  • Spanish fluency required
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

  • Own overall strategy and planning to deliver profitable growth within the assigned international regions.
  • Region management: track authorized products and market, balancing growth opportunities with compliance needs, including securing and maintaining Letter of Authorization (LOA) from Nestle companies, and following the IPTAP process
  • Product management: optimize portfolio based on growth potential and profitability, keeping track of product registrations by country, and monitoring regulations that may impact the business.
  • Customer management: develop existing customers, ensuring trade is effectively utilized, and identify new customers to accelerate business growth. Manage orders and coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure COF.
  • Strong understanding of export distribution models and the different ways Zone markets operate
  • Experienced in multicultural environments and multilingual interactions
