Our team is looking for a Customer Account Manager to join them. You will report to the Cell Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in Creedmoor, NC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred HS diploma or GED and 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 1+ years of experience working in a cross-functional matrix organization
  • This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
  • To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person ” as defined by 22. C.F.R. §120.15 is required.
  • “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle manage a portfolio of customer relationships, maximizing customer satisfaction and delivering on sales plans
  • Ensure a zero-incident workplace environment
  • Review warranty requests
  • Review and provide repair quotes to customers
  • Communicate repair status with customers through written, verbal and in person mediums, including onsite visits and weekly customer calls
  • Full cycle customer relationship
  • Communicate customer WIP reports
  • Manage backlog and ship/reschedule dates
  • Support the execution of the AM Production Meeting
  • Create backlog and arrears burn down plans
  • Prioritize activities of multi-functional team, considering financial, OTD and TAT targets
  • Review and respond to customer liquidated damages claims
  • Work with internal stakeholders to formulate responses to customer support requests
  • Maintain pre-approved levels of rotatable stock
