About The Position

Haulaway Storage Containers is a subsidiary of CR&R Incorporated, committed to service since 1968, being the first to offer temporary portable storage containers to the construction industry. With service centers throughout the western United States, we serve states including Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value to our customers, helping us maintain and grow client relationships.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in account management or sales.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven, yet thrives in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture existing business relationships, assisting with all aspects of the rental process.
• Drive referral business by building our brand with current customers and encouraging new customers through referrals.
• Target new business opportunities within the trades, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and framing, to capture business from other companies on construction sites.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with existing clients.
• Grow current and prospective account revenue.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Perform regular check-ins and maintain communication with assigned client accounts through calls, emails, etc.
• Manage client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.
