About The Position

The Digital Client Partner is responsible for the relationship and Consulting Sales efforts of our existing customers. Coordinates cross-functionally to assist with the consulting sales process, as well as create a relationship with the existing customer base.

Requirements

  • Proven presentation and demonstration skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently
  • 2+ years of ERP experience
  • 2+ years of CRM experience (Salesforce strongly preferred)
  • 2+ years’ account management and/or consulting sales experience, including customer satisfaction
  • 2+ years of consistent quota attainment
  • Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for attaining monthly, quarterly, and annual consulting sales quotas and weekly pipeline creation goals
  • Facilitate efficient and in-depth product demonstrations for customers with the Sales Solutions team
  • Introduce new product offerings and functionalities to the customer base, keeping them up to speed with our latest product enhancements and new releases
  • Create long-term relationships within the customer leadership team and develops reference ability within the install base
  • Partner with others within Epicor to sell our solution
  • Conduct account and territory planning
  • Generate leads through social selling and leveraging one's network
  • Follow up on company-generated leads and innovative marketing campaigns within your territory
  • Some travel is expected in support of sales efforts
