About The Position

As Customer Account Manager - Key Customers and Hyperscalers, you will support Account Executives in implementing our customer account strategy through customer relationship management with Key Customers and hyperscalers. You will serve as the 'Voice of the Customer' from contract cradle to grave. You will be promoting important relationships with Key Customers and hyperscalers and company partners to help ensure Westinghouse provides unique products and services. You will report to the Account Executive-Constellation and Hyperscalers for the U.S. Central & Latin American regions and work 100% Remote.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of job relevant experience in operations, sales or business development
• Experience in energy markets, data center development planning, working knowledge of Energy Markets, Developers and Power Purchase Agreements.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships as a trusted business advisor, promoting deeper understanding of their strategies and needs.
• Assist the Account Executives in developing the customer account strategy by applying knowledge of customer business strategies, competitor intelligence and market trends.
• Maintain relationships with internal Westinghouse team members to collaborate in managing the business development activities for assigned customers.
• Maintain awareness of execution of all projects cradle to grave to ensure safe, quality delivery and that contractual obligations are met.
• Lead/promote the use of the CRM tool to manage the orders entered pipeline and associated actions to achieve target goals.
• Assist AEs and business leaders in resolving customer issues and commercial disputes.
