Responsibilities

  • Month end forecasting and planning
  • Weekly RTF ownership, monitoring for delays
  • Responsible for account management and meeting company MBO’s
  • Customer facing role representing logistics
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively, while ensuring improvements are made to prevent repeat instances
  • Cross-Departmental collaboration with internal business partners
  • Manage orders for timely appointment setting, on-time shipping, on-time delivery, and reconcile exception issue
  • Manage revenue recognition to meet monthly and quarter company goal
  • Understand and ensure compliance to customer routing guides as required
  • Manage, report, and provide action plan to support vendor score card target
  • Generate weekly KPI and forecasting reports by working with the Samsung Supply Chain Team
  • Respond to standard requests from internal and external customers
  • Decision making within guidelines and policy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in retail sales, supply chain, logistics, and customer account management
  • Ability to identify the business needs driving client requests and translate into company objective
  • 5+ years of experience with 3PL/carrier operations
  • Acts with high integrity and understands proper business acumen
  • Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and client relations
  • Prior experience in project management
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
  • Multi-level communication skills
  • Must have advanced Microsoft Office Suite of PC software applications experience with Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint preparation skills
  • BS or BA in Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar field
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Travel up to 20% - 30%
