In this role, you’ll collaborate with Customer Account Executive's and Carrier Account Representative's to deliver exceptional transportation solutions for our clients. Your goal: build and maintain a resilient Book of Business by managing daily shipments and fostering strong client relationships. What’s in it for you? Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in transportation sales or a similar field.
  • Drive & Determination: Be hungry for success with a strong sense of urgency and discipline.
  • Coachable & Motivated: Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong Negotiator: Able to handle conflicts with professionalism and tact.
  • Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by proactively reaching out to new and existing clients via phone and email.
  • Negotiate with shippers and collaborate with the Carrier Sales Team to manage daily shipments.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to identify and meet their transportation needs.
  • Hit and exceed sales targets with strategic thinking and initiative.
