This position includes duties as a Customer Access Representative and a Medical Assistant II. As a Customer Access Representative, it provides receptionist duties for the center and performs a variety of clerical duties including patient appointments and registration, management of patient flow, billing, and payment collections. As a Medical Assistant II, it assists the professional and para-professional staff in rendering health care.
